Hi! What do you mean with "they were supposed to become canon that episode" under the bellarke gifset of season 6 with clarke waking up in gabriel's tent? And why didn't they become canon if there was such a plan? 😭 (I'm still catching up with season 7 but it's pretty clear to me from stuff I've seen on here that they won't be endgame 😭)

oh hey!! so apparently, according to bob morley during a convention, there was a scene in which blarke got together in 6.11, there was initally a separate tent in which they were supposed to become canon. but it was cut, and then bob morley tried to fight for it, but obviously jroth was not interested lmao :(

idk for sure why they didn't -- apparently there were deleted scene in which they became canon in s1 & 2 as well -- but my guess is jroth always kinda resented the fandom, especially bellarke shippers, which is pretty well evidenced from stuff he's said in interviews and the like, and i think the idea of giving us what he wanted always pissed him off.

if there weren't all those behind the scenes issues during s7 filming/writing i think it is very possible they may have gotten together then, but well. i guess we'll never know :(
